SMS Consent & Opt-In

Effective Date: March 1, 2026

Giggles Platforms, Inc. ("Giggles," "we," "us," or "our") sends SMS text messages only to users who explicitly opt in. This page documents how users provide consent and the disclosures presented to them at the point of opt-in.

How Users Opt In

Users opt in to SMS within the Giggles iOS app. When a user joins the waitlist, they enter their mobile phone number and, by submitting it, affirmatively consent to receive SMS messages from Giggles. The disclosure is presented directly above the submission button, so the user sees the consent language at the moment they opt in. Providing a phone number is not a condition of using the app.

The exact disclosure language shown at the point of opt-in is:

Program Details

• Program description: Account and waitlist notifications, including waitlist invitations, verification codes, and other transactional account messages.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies; you will typically receive 1–3 messages during the waitlist lifecycle.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier's plan.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP, STOPALL, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, or OPTOUT to any message to stop receiving messages.
• Help: Reply HELP to any message, or email support@giggles.me.

• "Giggles: Your verification code is 123456. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."
• "Giggles: You're off the waitlist! Open the app to claim your early access. Reply STOP to opt out."

Privacy

No mobile information, phone numbers, opt-in data, or consent will be shared with, sold to, or distributed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be shared with service providers (such as SMS delivery vendors) solely to facilitate the delivery of SMS messages on our behalf.
